Design and specification
The process begins with architecture, circulation and daily use. Furniture dimensions are tested against the room and each other before products are approved. Materials, finishes, upholstery, electrical requirements and custom details are documented so suppliers are pricing the same scope.
Quotation and procurement
A useful quotation identifies product, configuration, quantity, unit price, services, taxes or exclusions, lead time and approval status. Procurement then manages deposits, purchase orders, change control and the relationship between multiple suppliers.

Quality, freight and receiving
