Who will coordinate my consultation?
More than one ALITERY contact may take part in a design consultation. A WhatsApp group can be arranged for project coordination; furniture purchasing can also be discussed through WhatsApp. The relevant contacts and group participants are agreed for the project.
How many plan revisions are included?
Full-service design and furniture styling each include three rounds of plan revisions. The written scope records the deliverables and how feedback is organized into each round; work outside that scope or beyond three rounds is confirmed separately before it proceeds.
Which company handles contracts, payment collection and after-sales?
ALITERY is the brand. The contracting, payment-receiving and after-sales entity is Foshan Alitry Furniture Company Limited.
What should I include in my first inquiry?
Start by choosing design, professional cooperation, furniture-only or not sure. Then share location, current stage, required support, timing and contact details. Budget and area can be discussed later.
How is project location assessed?
Start with the city and required work. Design-service availability, site responsibilities and local arrangements need project-specific confirmation; furniture shipping destinations do not define design coverage.
When will I receive pricing?
After the initial review, suitable projects move to a fit conversation. A written proposal then defines the scope, deliverables, design fee structure and project roadmap.
